General FocusUP Promotion Details & Rules
- This promotion runs November 15th, 2009 through June 30th, 2010. Participation is in this program is completely optional. Void where prohibited.
- New Members joining Xooma: To receive one personal entry into the raffle you are required to make an initial product purchase of at least $50 (USD) that contains either FocusUP or X2O (or both). If you wish to participate in the co-op program, qualify for additional entries into the raffle and to use this promotion to grow your Xooma business, you’ll need to make a one-time purchase of any FocusUP or X2O “Co-Op Pack” of your choice. The discounted Member price on each pack is $150 (USD) and you receive FIVE personal entries into the raffle. Each pack carries full qualification value of $150 QV and also carries full Rapid Rewards volume of $100 RR.
- Existing Members: If you were already a Xooma Member prior to the start date of this promotion you will receive one personal entry into the raffle by making a one-time purchase of one of the following packages. (NOTE: You do not receive multiple entries for purchasing multiple packages.) Select either the FocusUP Buy 2 – Get 1 Free or the X2O Buy 2 – Get 1 Free. Each package has a discounted Member price of just $50 (USD). To qualify for additional entries and to use this promotion to grow your business, you must participate in the co-op program by making a one-time purchase of any FocusUP or X2O “Co-Op Pack” of your choice. The discounted Member price on each pack is $150 (USD) and you receive FIVE personal entries into the raffle. Each pack carries full qualification value of $150 QV and also carries full Rapid Rewards volume of $100 RR. (These one-time purchase packs do not carry PV.)
- Grand Prize: 2 year lease of a 2010 Ford Focus. (Or similar car of your choice if a Ford Focus is not available in your country). Winner is allowed to choose their options and color and is responsible for securing their own lease agreement with the automobile retailer of their choice. Xooma will issue a monthly payment to the winner of up to $417.00 (USD) per month over 24 months towards the monthly lease payments for the automobile. If the winner is unable to secure a lease agreement, the monthly payments may also be applied to a conventional auto loan. If the winner chooses a monthly payment that exceeds $417 per month, they are responsible for paying the difference. Maximum prize award over 24 months is $10,000. The winner may also choose a one-time, lump sum cash prize of $8000 in lieu of the monthly payments toward a Ford Focus (or similar car).
- First Prize: Laptop Computer. The first prize winner will receive a new, name brand, fully equipped laptop computer with a retail value of at least $1200.00.
- Second Prize: (5 winners) $1,000 worth of FocusUP or X2O. Five winners will receive their choice of either 28 boxes of FocusUP or 28 (30-sachet) packages of X2O shipped to their home. Either prize package has a retail value of over $1000.00!
- The raffle drawing will take place on July 15th, 2010 at Xooma Worldwide’s global headquarters in Hampton, Virginia, USA. Winners will be contacted in person and announced on Xooma’s website the following week.
- Limit one award per household. There are no cash alternative awards for first and second prizes. Prizes are not transferable. In the event that a winner is unable to claim their prize, Xooma will draw another winner for that particular prize from all raffle entries received.
“Co-Op” Participation & Rules
- The co-op program runs November 15th, 2009 through June 30th, 2010 and is available to all active Xooma Members. Participation is in this program is completely optional. Void where prohibited.
- To fully participate in the co-op program a Member is required to make a one-time purchase of any FocusUP or X2O “Co-Op Pack” of their choice. The discounted Member price on each pack is $150 (USD). Each pack carries full qualification value of $150 QV and also carries full Rapid Rewards volume of $100 RR. (These one-time purchase packs do not carry PV.)
- Co-op participants will receive FIVE personal entries into the raffle for the grand prize of a Ford Focus and the other prizes offered through this promotion upon purchase of their FocusUP Co-Op Pack.
- Co-op participants will receive one additional entry into the raffle for EVERY NEW Member they personally sponsor into Xooma between November 15th, 2009 through June 30th, 2010. To qualify, the new Member you personally sponsor must join with a product order of at least $50 (USD) that contains either FocusUP or X2O (or both). NOTE: You do not earn additional raffle entries on purchases made by Members you personally sponsored prior to November 15th, 2009.
- Co-op participants will receive their own personalized FocusUP promotional website designed to help you to market this special program. This specialty website is only available to co-op participants. Co-op participants will also have access to other special marketing materials designed for this promotion.
- Co-op participants must remain “active” in Xooma during the promotional period to receive all accumulated entries into the raffle. “Active” is defined as a Member who has a product order of at least $25 (USD) registered to their personal ID number within every 5 weeks. If a Member becomes inactive during the promotional period they will still retain their five personal entries into the raffle but will forfeit any additional entries accumulated from their personal sponsoring efforts.
